Still Need Plans This Valentine’s Day?

The month of February can be a tough one, between finding a date for Valentine’s Day, trying to make a reservation at a restaurant that’s been booked for months, or just trying to figure out a fun night out with your gals. Well, have no fear, ya girl is here (to save the day that is!)

It’s the weekend of Valentine’s Day, so if you’re stuck on what to do or where to go, here’s a few of my picks for this weekend or Vday – date or not!

1. Valentine’s Day Fireworks at Navy Pier

One of my favorite things to do every Summer is to attend the Navy Pier Fireworks. Now, you can enjoy the spectacular light show in the sky just in time for Love at the Pier Valentine’s Day weekend festivities starting on Saturday, February 10 at 9 p.m.

Make a date out of it, have dinner along the Chicago River or take a romantic ride on the Centennial Wheel at Navy Pier. You can also enjoy a stroll through the Tunnel of Love or wine and dine at Chef Art’s Reunion restaurant.

2. Wine and Dine at Marisol – the Museum of Contemporary Art

There’s nothing like a lovely evening with the person you love at an art museum accompanied by a 4-course dinner. Join Marisol at the Museum of Contemporary Art this Valentine’s Day (Feb 14) between 5:30 p.m. and 9 p.m., as they prepare an evening of fine dining surrounded by beautiful conceptual artwork.

Tickets are $100/per person – Purchase tickets here and view the full menu here.

3. Valentine’s Day Taste Around at Eataly

You can just smell the love in the air, or shall I say taste it? Enjoy a weekend full of 10+ tastings of a variety of Italian favorites at Eataly that will include everything from wine and pizza to gelato and truffles. You will get a chance to explore more when you reserve your tasting for this Saturday, February 10 between 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Tickets are $55/per person – Reserve your ticket here. Must be 21 to attend and be sure to wear comfortable shoes as it is standing room only.

4. Eat, Play, Love at Pinstripes

Challenge your bae to a little friendly competition in the lane! And the good news is you don’t have to do it on Valentine’s Day. All February long, Pinstripes is giving you a complimentary hour on your bowling reservation. (Must book at least one hour to redeem)

Create a evening of love and enjoy a night out as you indulge in their exclusive Valentine’s Day menu with two love -themed cocktails, heart-shaped pizza and chocolate covered strawberry gelato!

Reserve your spot here.

5. Date Night at the Museum of Illusions

So if you’re looking for good deals this Valentine’s Day, here’s a deal you won’t want to miss out on! Museum of Illusions is selling 2 for 1 tickets for the lovely couples to explore the interactive exhibits and exclusive Valentine’s Day room valid only on Wednesday, February 14.

Instead of paying $56 plus tax for two tickets you’re only paying $28 plus tax! Yes, please! Here’s the link so you can snag those right now… like right now.
